Im back.
I just came back from prac revision.
and ya! my account got no more money!!
fu ck!
must wait for next pay then can go prac.
anyways.


today started quiet emoish la.
I was on the way home looking down from the train at the construction area where geylang serai market use to be and it reminded me of my late grandmother.
She passed away when I was in sec 1 on israk mikraj.
Nenek was always there for me.
my sunat and all.
she was confident in whatever i do.
she pampers me,my sis and my cousins.
from cooking my favourite ayam masak merah to teaching me how to groom.
In kindergarten,
Nenek knows I dislike bring biscuits cause its boring so she will always prepare my lunchbox with rice and lauk.
and ppl say my mama is like my nenek. good with hands.
but what separates my mama and nenek is that nenek is more loving.
more ready to be there for you.
and she wont complain whereas mama is not that sort.

mama: kan da besar da boleh buat sendiri jangan mcm baby lah!
(your big enough you can do it yourself dont be like a baby lah!)
me: ala! nak jadi anak manje skit pon tk boleh.
(just a lil' bit of pampering oso cannot)


When I was primary 1,
Mum allow me to go home myself because she felt I was confident enough.
I did do it for the first few weeks of school until nenek found out.
she scolded my mama for letting me do so.
she said why didnt you let him take the schoolbus.
we were staying at toa payoh and the school was at bishan.
all i had to do is take bus no. 56...

me:nek,abang boleh balek sorang la.. tkde pape. tkde orang jahat la nek.
(nek,i cant go home myself, its nothing there are no bad guys)
nenek: takmoh! nnti kene culik kape sape susah? tkpe bsok balek rumah nenek, nenek amik dari skolah..
(no! what if anything happens to you? tml onwards come home to my house,i pick u up from school)

and the best part of nenek picking me up from school back then was that she always let me buy my paddle-pop ice cream.the rainbow one. haha.yummy!
In primary 2, I scored 100 for english and she gave me 20 dollars.
its an old note which i still keep till this day.

I do not know why but whenever I'm around nenek, I am more well-behaved.
I won't be running around.
I am always a good boy to her.
whereas when i go out with parents i will get lost.
like truly naughty lost.
running here and there.
going to toy sections.
roaming around.
haha.and if im lost i will find the security guard.
and the best part is i wont be crying like some other kids will when they get lost.
haha. cuz it happens all the time so im use to it.lols!


and when i was younger nenek always bring me to geylang market.
and she'll buy me my bandung and all-time favourite. KUIH KERIA!
its the malay doughnut.haha. better than doughnut factory okay!

I was still quiet stubborn when I was young.
Was so into motorsports such as rally,moto gp, formula 1.
and whenever there is such on the tv I wouldnt wanna sleep.
so my nenek will force my atuk to accompany me watching.
haha.


then in sec 1,
i became a prefect in school.
and nenek said dont be so fierce.
then the following week she passed away.
was quiet stressful

haha! i noe all of you dont believe me i was indeed a prefect once.

the funny funny part.
gerald my councillor mate came to my shop to buy adizero shoe.
my colleague johan dont believe me.
JOHAN:kau kenal member kau ni dari mane?
(how u noe dis guy?)
me:dari skolah.dulu kitorang prefect mates.
(from school. prefect mates)
JOhan: engkau? perangai kau prefect????? biar betol siak kau.
(you?! prefect. you must be kidding)
me: haha buto! you go ask him if u dont believe me.

at cashier counter:
johan:eh syam was really prefect ah last time.
gerald:ya last time uh.
johan:lolS!
me:what?!

gerald paid and shake hands and left.

johan: LOLS! mesti prefect jahanam punye kau.
me:haha. can say lah. aku makan rasuah uh. bile nampak member aku pat detention jek aku bagi lepas.orang yang aku tk suke aku saman.
JOhan:haha! kecoh sia kau.
